We provide digital solutions for the real estate industry, including software development, 3D modeling, and CRM systems. This policy explains how we handle personal data for our clients and the data processed through the applications we build.

- Direct Interaction: Name, email, and business details when you inquire about our services.
- Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and usage data via our landing pages and CRM tools.
- Customer-Provided Data: If you use our proprietary CRM, we act as a Data Processor for the lead information you upload (names, contact details, and property interests of your agents and clients).
3. Purpose of Processing
We process your data for the following "Legitimate Interests" (Art. 6 GDPR):
- Service Delivery: Developing and hosting your custom software and 3D models.
- CRM Operations: Managing your real estate pipeline and automated agent notifications.
- Communication: Sending project updates and invoices.
- Analytics: Improving our digital tools and tracking platform performance.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Hosting: Our Django-based applications are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure (e.g., Railway/Render) with data centers located within the EU/EEA where possible.
- Security Measures: We use industry-standard SSL encryption, hashed passwords, and role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure that staff can only see data necessary for their role.
- Retention: We store client data for the duration of our business relationship plus statutory tax retention periods (typically 10 years in Germany).
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share data with essential sub-processors:
- Hosting Providers: For application deployment.
- Email Services: For sending system notifications and invoices.
- Payment Processors: For handling transactions.

1. Scope of Services
A&A Team provides digital solutions for the real estate industry, including custom CRM architecture, 3D modeling, and landing page development. By engaging our services or accessing our proprietary software, you agree to these Terms.
2. A&A Loyalty Program (Tokens)
- Definition: The "Proof of Volume" token system is a rewards-based loyalty program.
- No Monetary Value: Tokens are strictly internal metrics. They are not currency, cryptocurrency, or financial instruments. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for legal tender.
- Function: Tokens are used solely to determine eligibility for future service discounts or premium feature access within the A&A Team ecosystem.
- Forfeiture: Tokens are non-transferable and are forfeited if a client's account is terminated for non-payment or breach of contract.
3. Payment & Subscription
- Invoicing: Services are billed via the A&A Team dashboard.
- Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend access to hosted CRM environments and active landing pages if invoices remain unpaid 14 days past the due date.
4. Intellectual Property
- Proprietary Frameworks: A&A Team retains all ownership rights to the underlying "hard-coded" CRM logic, Django middleware, and proprietary software architecture.
- Usage License: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the software for their real estate operations for the duration of their paid subscription.
5. Data Processing
Clients using our CRM act as the Data Controller for their leads and agents. A&A Team acts as the Data Processor. We maintain high-level security protocols but are not liable for data loss resulting from client-side security negligence.
6. Liability Limitation
A&A Team is not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or "lost leads." Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service during the 6 months prior to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, access to the A&A Team software ecosystem will be revoked.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of your registered business jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
